Ang Executive Order No. 4 Series of 2018 na pinamagatang, “An Order Requiring the Donning or Wearing of Caftan Attire which Starts on Ash Wednesday and During the Lenten Season” ay nilagdaan at ipinagtibay upang mas lalong maipakilala at mapagtibay ang pagdiriwang ng Kuwaresma at Moriones sa panahon ng Mahal na Araw sa Marinduque.
