SAN PEDRO CITY, Laguna – Marinduque governor and former representative Carmencita Ongsiako Reyes passed away, her relatives confirmed. She was 87. Reyes’ son-in-law and Batangas governor Hermilando Mandanas said Reyes died Monday.
