Aksidenteng nahuli sa lambat ang isang pawikan habang nangingisda ang ilang residente ng Sitio Talinya, Barangay Masiga, Gasan, Marinduque kahapon ng hapon, Hulyo 25. Agad namang ipinaalam ang pangyayari sa mga awtoridad at sa Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). Sa pagsusuri wala naman nakitang sugat sa katawan ng pawikan. Kaya naman, kasama ang mga kinatawan mula sa DENR at Gasan Municipal Police Station (Gasan MPS), pinakawalan rin sa dagat ang nasabing pawikan kaninang umaga. Gasan LGU in Marinduque misspends P4.5M development fund

The municipality of Gasan in Marinduque in 2015 spent P4.5 million of its development fund on projects which are not capital investment in nature, defeating the purpose of the fund, state auditors said.
