Natimbog ng mga pulis ang number 1 most wanted person ng bayan ng Mogpog, Marinduque sa San Pablo City, Laguna kamakalawa ng gabi.
Natunton ng magkakasanib na puwersa ng San Pablo police station, Mogpog police station at PSC-RPSB (Regional Public Safety Battalion) ang pinagtataguan ng suspek na si Don Davis Paulo Ardaniel Marinay sa Purok 5, Barangay Soledad, San Pablo dakong alas-6:30 ng gabi.
Si Marinay ay inaresto sa bisa ng search warrant na inisyu mula sa RTC Branch 94 ng Marinduque.
Ito ay nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 ng RA 7610 o pambubugaw sa isang batang babae sa Mogpog nitong July 2017.
