Apo honors MSC mothers in Moms’ Day

BOAC, Marinduque – On the occasion of celebrating Mother’s Day, Alpha Phi Omega (Apo) Mandin Marinduque Alumni Association No. 118 honors 50 lucky mothers of Marinduque State College (MSC) on Friday, May 10 at MSC Research Park.

The tribute entitled “Spoken Word Poetry Para Kay Inay: A Mother’s Day Special” initiated by APO Mandin in cooperation with the MSC’s Office of Student Affairs headed by Arnel M. Lantita and Sentro ng Wika at Kultura headed by Dr. Randy T. Nobleza was a success.

Six student participated in the spoken word poetry and luckily four of them got the cash prizes, two tied for the first prize and got two thousand pesos each, 2nd and 3rd prize winners got two thousand and one thousand respectively and 2 consolation prizes got five hundred pesos.
