BOAC, Marinduque — As the national and local elections draw nearer, the personnel of Marinduque Police Provincial Office (MPPO) intensified the conduct of ‘Red Teaming’ and Commission on Election (Comelec) checkpoint operations.
The MPPO also steered coordination with Marinduque Maritime Pulis Station at Balanacan Port, Mogpog.
PMaj. Lyndon Carl Zamora, leads the said activity.
As per MPPO the purpose of the event is to ensure that the ‘Tamang Bihis’ or campaign against the illegal manufacture, distribution, sale, use and outside purposes of Philippine National Police (PNP) uniforms, as well as the readiness of PNP personnel or the Intensified Cleanliness Policy (ICP), is assured.
Likewise, they stated that the inspection operation aims to adjust the deployment system of the police for the upcoming national and local election to make the voting process in the province be orderly and peaceful. — Marinduquenews.com
