Romeo A. Mataac, Jr. is an internal researcher, youth advocate and amateur traveler.  He has 5 year background experience in finance and accounting operations and business process outsourcing. He worked in Development Bank of the Philippines-Human Resources Department, Compensation and Benefits Management Division.
