PAGTAYA: Ang Kabikulan, Romblon at Marinduque ay magiging bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan o pagkidlat-pagkulog. Mahina hanggang sa katamtamang hangin mula sa timog-silangan ang iiral na may banayad hanggang sa katamtamang pag-alon ng karagatan sa mga lugar na ito. Ang Oriental Mindoro at Hilagang Samar naman ay makakaranas ng maulap na kalangitan na may mahina hanggang katamtamang mga pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog. Mahina hanggang sa katamtamang hangin mula sa timog-kanluran hanggang sa timog-silangan ang iiral na may banayad hanggang sa katamtamang pag-alon ng karagatan.

FORECAST: Bicol Region, Romblon & Marinduque will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from the southeast with slight to moderate seas over these areas. Oriental Mindoro and Northern Samar will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from the southwest to southeast will prevail with slight to moderate seas.
