The Inaugural Hearts Festival is the culmination of cultural works from the time of Mrs. Rosalinda Castro as Culture and Arts director and Dr. Rex Asuncion, Cultural and Arts Studies director which is being continued by Dr. Randy Nobleza as Marindukanon Cultural and Arts Studies coordinator.

Since 2008, MSC has been actively engaged in cultural heritage and information dissemination. With this year’s theme: “Ani ng Sining, Alab ng Sining,” the Inaugural Hearts Festival is indeed, a harvest of Marindukanon cinema, visual, performing and literary arts.
