Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Marinduque and Northern Samar will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the south to southwest over Mindanao.
Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
