MOGPOG, Marinduque – Princess Nicca Blackburn is the official candidate of Marinduque for Miss Tourism Philippines 2019.
Nikka as she is better known to her circle of friends, is an 18 years old hailed in barangay Guisian, Mogpog.
She is a grade 12 senior highschool student at La Consolacion College majoring in Business Management.
Nikka loves and excels in drawing.
“It is a privilege and an opportunity to represent my own province of Marinduque”, says Nikka on her Facebook post.
Blackburn will represent the province of Marinduque at the Miss Tourism Philippines 2019 pageant later in the year. – Marinduquenews.com
