Boac, Marinduque’s 3rd most wanted arrested

The number 3 most wanted person of Boac, Marinduque, municipal level identified as Madelyn Rempillo Embing, 42 years old and a resident of Barangay Santol, Boac, Marinduque was arrested by the personnel of Boac Municipal Police Station on June 5, 2017.

The arrest was made by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Judge Emmanuel R. Recalde of Marinduque RTC, Branch 38 dated August 23, 2016 for the crime of Qualified Theft under Criminal Case Number 167-16 with recommended bail amounting to Php 42,000.00.

Accordingly, the suspect was then the house keeper of the victim identified as Yolanda Zulueta Rodenas, 58 years old, single, government employee and a businesswoman when she was caught by the latter of stealing her pair of gold earrings and two (2) pieces of gold necklaces amounting to fifty thousand pesos (Php 50,000) on February 11, 2015.

The suspect is now in the custody of Boac MPS and will be presented to the court of jurisdiction for proper disposition.
