BOAC, Marinduque – Dr. Diosdado Zulueta, Marinduque State College (MSC) Vice President for Administration and Finance together with Engr. Melito Hirondo, Physical Plant Management Head and staff conducted an ocular visit and inspection to MSC satellite campuses in Santa Cruz, Torrijos and Gasan on Monday, April 2, 2018 to check the ongoing construction of different infrastructure projects of the college as one of the major responsibilities in assuring the fund utilization will benefit its stakeholders.
Zulueta personally initiated the inspection to make sure that the ongoing construction of infrastructure projects are on its timely implementation and management.

Being newly appointed as VP for Administration and Finance, Dr. Zulueta emphasized that this is his way of showing his full and unwavering support to the administration of Dr. Merian Mani.
Dr. Zulueta further stressed that leadership means performing duties and responsibilities as a public servant with no reservations.
