TORRIJOS, Marinduque — The Municipality of Torrijos has called for ‘local businesses’ participation on their recently launched initiative to spike up the number of vaccinated individuals via Balik Buhay Bakuna Benefits (4Bs Freebies).
Under the said program, business owners can offer vaccinated individuals with perks and benefits such as 5 to 20 percent discount on food items or services, free beverages, free food items, and other freebies that may be considered.
Verified participants will be given 4Bs Freebies signages to mark their establishment’s participation in the program. More to this, their business name and logo would be published on the municipality’s official Facebook page.
4Bs Freebies is set to run beginning August 1 and will conclude on September 30, 2021.
Furthermore, Torrijos LGU eagerly hopes that by launching such an initiative to encourage people to get the jab, they may be able to restore the vigor of the economy as it was before the pandemic. — Marinduquenews.com
