BOAC, Marinduque – Pumanaw Martes ng umaga sa edad na 88-anyos ang dating gobernador ng Marinduque na si Luisito M. Reyes o mas kilala sa tawag na Kang Gob.
Ang balita ay kinompirma ng anak nito na si Luisa Reyes.
Narito ang opisyal na pahayag ng pamilya:
“We deeply mourn to the demise of our father, Former Governor Luisito M. Reyes.
His remains will lie at St. Rita de Cascia Parish, Philam Homes, Quezon City starting today, September 24, 2019, 6pm until Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 4AM.
On Thursday, his ashes will be brought to Marinduque, and straight to the Provincial Capitol of Marinduque for the necrological services, thereafter, we will bring him to The Reyes’ Residence in Bahi, Gasan, Marinduque.
He will be laid to rest on Monday, September 30, 2019 after the celebration of a Funeral Mass at 9:00 am at the Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral, Boac, Marinduque
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Monastery of St. Claire, Bantad, Boac, Marinduque and Gospel Outreach Alive, Matalaba, Sta. Cruz, Marinduque.”
Si Reyes ay naupo bilang gobernador ng Marinduque noong 1988 hanggang 1995. – Marinduquenews.com
