Nagsagawa ng Provincial Technical Education and Skills Development Committee (PTESDC) Meeting ang Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) tungkol sa Program on Accelerating Farm School Establishment (PAFSE) sa lalawigan ng Marinduque.
Layunin ng PAFSE na matiyak ang sapat na kaalaman at kakayahan ng mga magsasaka sa pamamagitan ng mga bagong kagamitan at entrepreneurial activities na hatid para sa kanila.
Gayundin, hangad nilang bumuo ng mga resolusyon para sa TESDA na may kinalaman sa scholarship, Unified TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) Program Registration and Accreditation System at Competency Assessment and Certification Program.

Sa katunayan, binuo ang komite na ito upang mapahusay ang ugnayan sa pagitan ng publiko at pribadong sektor na kabilang sa Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sa probinsya. Kasapi rito ay sina Gov. Carmencita Reyes (kinatawanan ni PA Baron Lagran), Chairman, Rodolfo Mariposque, Provincial Director, Department of Trade and Industry – Government Sector Representative; Ma. Lourdes Uy, Manager – Goodchow Dining & Function Hall – Employer Sector Representative; Cherrie Atilano, President and Founding Farmer – AGREA (kinatawanan nina Rafael Seño at Jonathan Quinto, AGREA Directors at Vanessa Nicopior, AGREA Associate Director) – Critical Sector Representative; at Teodoro Madla (Boac-Mogpog Operators and Drivers Association Adviser) – Labor Sector Representative.
