BOAC, Marinduque – Ang Philippine National Police ay magdiriwang ng ika-21st Annual Police Community Relations Month na may paksang “Matatag na Ugnayan, Ligtas na Pamayanan”.
Ang pagdiriwang na ito ay ayon sa Presidential Proclamation No. 764 declaring the month of July of every year as Police Community Relations Month (PCRM).
Kaugnay nito, ang Marinduque Police Provincial Office sa pamumuno ni Provincial Director PSSUPT Alessandro C. Abella ay naghanda ng iba’t ibang programa sa buong lalawigan kagaya ng symposium patungkol sa Anti-Illegal Drugs, Anti-Bullying at Anti-Violence against Women and their Children.
Gayundin, upang mas maging mapalapit at tumatag pa ang kanilang ugnayan sa mga mamamayan, magkakaroon sila ng konsyerto “Parak En Roll 2016” sa darating na ika-29 ng Hulyo sa Boac Covered Court, Brgy. Malusak, Boac, Marinduque. Inaasahang magbibigay ng kasiyahan ang mga local bands kagaya ng Crowded Head, Gilinggiting, Takers Band, Whitechalk, PNP Band, Cast at The Shuffles.
Sa panayam ng Marinduque News Online kay Police Senior Inspector Carmelo S. Alino, sinabi niya “The Police Community Relations Month celebration is an opportune time for us to strengthen our community participation. It will also serve as an avenue in building stronger partnership and community support in peace keeping and public safety programs of Marinduque Provincial Police Office. Further, our “Parak En Roll Concert” will be an event benefit for medical mission and outreach program of the PNP.”
