Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.
Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Marinduque and Northern Samar will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from the east will prevail with slight to moderate seas.
Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, and the provinces of Quezon and Aurora. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
